1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing PlatAlt platform operated by PlatAlt Management LLP ("PlatAlt"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately. These terms govern all use of our website, platform, and associated services.
2. Eligibility
This platform is intended exclusively for "Sophisticated Investors" as defined under SEBI (Alternative Investment Funds) Regulations, 2012 — individuals or entities with a minimum net worth of ₹5 Crore or institutional investors. Access by retail investors is neither intended nor permitted. By using this platform, you represent that you meet eligibility criteria.
3. Nature of Information
All fund data, performance metrics, allocations, and market commentary on this platform are for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice, an offer to sell securities, or a solicitation. Past performance is not indicative of future returns. All investments in AIFs are subject to market risk.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, data visualizations, and platform architecture are the exclusive property of PlatAlt Management LLP. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without prior written consent is prohibited. Limited non-commercial use for research is permitted with proper attribution.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not:
- block Misrepresent eligibility as a sophisticated investor
- block Reproduce or redistribute fund data for commercial purposes
- block Attempt unauthorized access to restricted sections or investor portals
- block Use automated tools to scrape or harvest platform data
- block Engage in conduct that disrupts platform availability or security
6. Limitation of Liability
PlatAlt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from reliance on platform content. Our aggregate liability for any direct damages is limited to ₹10,000. This limitation does not apply to fraud or willful misconduct.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Any arbitration shall be conducted under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
8. Modifications
PlatAlt reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notice of changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via registered email to institutional account holders.
